Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products & Services:
- Subscriptions and online courses can be cancelled at any time
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or completed digital products
- For custom development projects, refund terms are outlined in individual project agreements
Physical Products & Hardware:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened products
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returned item
- IoT hardware and electronics must be in original condition with all accessories
- Custom-ordered or personalized items are non-refundable
