Who is responsible
The data controller is Pharaon Labs (559572-3569), Kransbindarvägen 21, 126 36 Hägersten, Sverige. For any privacy question, or to use any right below, write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to do the work:
- —Your name, email, phone and company, when you send the contact form or email us
- —What you told us about your project
- —Basic technical data from your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate country
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interest and steps before a contract).
To carry out an agreed project and to invoice it (contract).
To meet Swedish accounting and tax law (legal obligation).
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics that identify you. If we ever add analytics, we ask for your consent first and you can refuse without losing anything.
Who else sees your data
We never sell your data. We share it only with the suppliers we need to run the business:
- —Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website
- —Our email provider, to receive and answer your message
- —Our accountant and the Swedish tax authority, for invoices we must keep
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months, then deleted. Project and invoice records: 7 years, because Swedish accounting law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- —Show you the data we hold about you
- —Correct anything wrong
- —Delete your data
- —Stop or limit how we use it
- —Send your data to you or to someone else
- —Withdraw consent at any time
Complaints
If you think we handled your data badly, tell us first and we will fix it. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se).
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to your data is limited to the two of us, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
