Who we are
These terms apply to every service sold by Pharaon Labs (559572-3569), Kransbindarvägen 21, 126 36 Hägersten, Sverige.
Quotes and prices
Every quote is fixed, written and valid for 30 days. Once you accept it, the price does not change unless you ask for work that is not in the quote. If that happens we tell you the extra cost first and you decide. Prices exclude VAT.
Payment
We invoice 40% when the project starts and 60% when the site goes live, unless the quote says otherwise. Payment terms are 15 days. Late payment carries interest at the Swedish reference rate plus 8 percentage points.
What you must give us
We need your text, images, logins and feedback to hit the delivery date. If we wait more than 14 days for something from you, the date moves by the same number of days.
Changes and revisions
Every project includes two rounds of revisions on the design. Further rounds, or a change of direction after you approved a design, are quoted separately before we do them.
Who owns what
When the final invoice is paid, you own the design, the code we wrote for you, the text, the domain and every account. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party software, fonts and stock images keep their own licences, which we name in the quote.
Care plan and cancellation
The care plan runs month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice and you keep the website and everything in it. We can cancel with 60 days notice and will help you move.
Refunds
Before we start work, you get a full refund of anything paid. After work has started, we refund what has not yet been done, less the hours already spent, which we show you. Once a site is live and accepted, the project fee is not refundable.
What we are not responsible for
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services we do not control, by content you supply, or by changes you or another supplier make to the site after delivery. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Disputes
Talk to us first at [email protected]. We answer within 48 business hours and most things are sorted in a week. If we cannot agree, Swedish law applies and the dispute goes to the Stockholm District Court.
